Amber is the first clinician voice our patients hear  and often the one they remember most. With a background in chronic care coordination, she leads every video call and responds to every message with empathy and clinical precision. Amber guides patients through their program journey, coordinates with the FNP team, and ensures no one falls through the cracks between visits.
