Luminum Restore

Luminum Restore is a clinician-led postpartum care program designed to support your recovery, newborn questions, emotional well-being, and care coordination after birth.

The weeks after delivery often called the fourth trimester - can bring physical healing, feeding questions, sleep changes, mood shifts, and uncertainty between routine checkups. Many parents are expected to manage this transition with limited ongoing support.

Restore gives you access to a dedicated care team, including a Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Care Coordinator, so you can get practical guidance, structured support, and personalized care as you recover and adjust to life with your baby.

What’s included in the $199/month membership?

Your membership includes ongoing clinician-led support, secure messaging, care coordination, personalized guidance, and scheduled video visits with your care team. Depending on your program and clinical needs, your Family Nurse Practitioner may also support labs or prescriptions when appropriate.

Who reviews my health information?

Your health information is reviewed by licensed clinical team members, which may include a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner. Your Care Coordinator may also help with scheduling, follow-ups, and care navigation.
