She decides to stop, choose Restore 3 for $999 with 2 doula visits, or Restore 6 for $1,499 with 4 visits.

You provide the contracted, non-clinical visits. Luminum's RN/FNP team provides the clinical support.

Luminum pays $300 for the 2 completed visits in Restore 3, or $500 for the 4 in Restore 6.
